An audit of model agentic capabilities for a security company: what workflow orchestration actually held up, what it did not, and which deployment options fit their constraints. Deliverable: a recommendation with a position, including on what was better left unbuilt.

A generative-AI PoC standardising how bank advisers take notes in Salesforce, carried from use-case qualification through to production. Reaching production was the deliverable: plenty of PoCs stop at the demo, this one runs.
